Notary Public Job in Los Angeles

We’re hiring full-time and part-time mobile notaries in Los Angeles to service our growing business.  You must have experience and the knowledge to notarize all kinds of documents including; deeds, loans, estate planning documents, contracts, etc…

Here are the requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills and be a team player.
2. Reliable automobile and full-coverage insurance (Proof Required).
3. Commissioned notary with the California Secretary of State (Commission Certificate Required).
4. Knowledge and experience to notarize all kinds of documents including trust, loans, estate planning, etc…
5. Member of the National Notary Association.
6. Have a mobile phone capable of text messages, voice calls, data, emails, and navigation.
7. Dress professionally and be on-time to the appointments.
8. $100,000 E&O Policy
9. Bond filed with Los Angeles County (Proof Required).
10. Have a valid driver license (Proof Required).

Positions Available:

Part Time: 8:30 am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday
Part Time: 12:30 – 6:30pm Monday – Friday

Full Time: 8:30 – 5:30 Monday – Friday

You’ll be covering the San Fernando Valley, West Los Angeles, Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Select areas of East Los Angeles, Select Areas of South Bay, Select Areas of San Gabriel Valley, etc…
